First, the start time and place of the joint examination and approval window

(6) transport requirements for hazardous chemicals in medical and health institutions, stadiums and research institutes, respectively, were submitted to the municipal government's health, sports and education departments.
(7) other units that need to transport hazardous chemicals shall be submitted to the relevant departments in charge of the certificate. No industry competent department shall submit a certificate issued by the local people's Government in the region.
